Terms of Use
Effective Date: April 7, 2025
1. WHO WE ARE
Revilo Technologies, Inc. (“Revilo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a technology platform that connects vehicle owners with vetted mobile automotive professionals (“Providers”) for services such as oil changes, diagnostics, detailing, towing, and more — all delivered to your location.
Important: Revilo does not directly perform or supervise services. Providers are independent contractors solely responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of their work.
2. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
To use Revilo as a customer, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Create an account with truthful, current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a breach of security.
3. BOOKING SERVICES
When booking through Revilo, you:
- Agree to provide accurate vehicle and service details
- Authorize Revilo to match you with a qualified Provider
- Understand that service availability depends on Provider schedules and your location
Once matched, you’ll receive confirmation, estimated arrival time, and Provider details.
4. PAYMENTS AND FEES
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways. By booking a service:
- You agree to pay the full amount shown at booking, including taxes, platform fees, and any applicable surcharges
- You authorize Revilo to charge your saved payment method
- Tips are optional and can be added post-service
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed services unless you file a dispute and it is approved after investigation.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
- You may cancel a pending request at no charge before it’s confirmed
- If you cancel after confirmation or fail to be present at the agreed time/location:
- A cancellation or no-show fee may apply
- Repeated violations may result in account restrictions or suspension
6. SERVICE QUALITY & DISPUTES
If you’re dissatisfied:
- You may submit a dispute within 48 hours of service completion
- Revilo will review the issue and coordinate with the Provider for a fair resolution
Disclaimer: Revilo is not responsible for the Provider’s conduct or workmanship. Any legal claims must be resolved directly with the Provider.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Provide false information or impersonate others
- Harass, threaten, or harm Providers or Revilo staff
- Tamper with Provider tools or refuse legitimate payments
- Leave false, defamatory, or misleading reviews
Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
8. CONTENT AND REVIEWS
When posting reviews, photos, or feedback:
- You grant Revilo a royalty-free license to display and use your content
- Your content must be honest, respectful, and based on real experiences
- Revilo reserves the right to remove any content violating these terms
9. AI & VOICE ASSISTANT (“Revi AI”)
Revi AI may assist with:
- Exploring service options
- Booking appointments
- Providing general vehicle insights
Note: Revi AI is an informational tool and not a licensed mechanic. You should not rely solely on its advice for critical decisions.
10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time. Revilo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these terms
- You engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment
- Required by applicable law or legal process
11. DISCLAIMERS
Revilo services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about:
- Platform availability or uptime
- The quality or outcome of Provider services
- The accuracy of AI tools
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Revilo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of use, profits, or data
- Injury or property damage caused by Providers
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in dispute.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Georgia, unless you qualify for small claims court. You waive the right to:
- Trial by jury
- Participate in class action lawsuits
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
